Salumi is Italian for cured meats. At La Scala, we provide you with an extensive variety of salumeria options to choose from. Our salumeria menu has not only 8 cured meats (constantly rotating), but we also offer over 12 varieties of cheeses (also rotating) to pair them with. AND if that’s not enough, we even have marinated vegetables to go with it!
Our distinguished menu is very special and you will find quite the unique assortment for your individual liking. You can even create your own customized platter.
Meats such as: Prosciutto di San Daniele (aged 36 months) very rare, sweet and succulent dry-cured ham,
Prosciutto di Parma (aged 18 months) A dry-cured ham with a very thin layer of fat permeates the ham, making it pleasantly both sweet and salty, and
Bresaola – An air cured meat, made from the beef loin, salted and seasoned with herbs, spices and wine.
And Cheeses like: Savello, Carozzi Caprino, Pecorino Sun-dried Tomato and Pecorino Hot Pepper
