Fine Dining Waiter

- As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, the Server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. Duties include: making menu suggestions, delivering food to tables, describing the dishes to guests, recommending wine selections, overseeing table maintenance, monitoring guest satisfaction, and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process in order to maintain the flow of service throughout the dining room. Requirements: - 2-3 years in an upscale, full service, fine dining environment. -Must be familiar with the steps of service in a white table cloth restaurant - Cleanliness, organization and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position. - Knowledge of Italian food and wine highly preferable. - Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment. - All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Hostess

- Candidates need to be able to handle a steady fast pace environment that includes stairs, with speed, efficiency and positive attitude. Must be available for flexible schedule including weekends. The ideal candidate is responsible for initial guest interaction at the door, warmly welcoming guests and setting the tone for their experience. The host/ess is expected to embody the hospitality, charm and professionalism of our organization. Knowledge of table maintenance, proven customer skills and impeccable grooming are required. Minimum 1 years experience at comparable fine dining restaurants. A good working knowledge of the online reservation system is preferable.
